2. Postage and packing (p&p)
2.1 Within the UK the standard postage charge during the sale is just £4.00, whatever size your order.
2.2 Parcels are posted by Royal Mail, or via Courier.
2.3 Shipping outside of the UK is at cost. Any orders to be posted outside of the UK will automatically be charged a standard p&p rate upon checkout (currently £4.00), and then once the parcel is weighed you will be contacted for extra p&p payment if the postage exceeds what you have already paid. Please note that you will be responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred.
2.4 Shipping policies are subject to change without notice and charges will be increased in line with Royal Mail without notice.
3.1 We aim to offer a speedy service and orders for items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours, where possible, and are sent Royal Mail, by Parcel Force or via courier, whichever is appropriate.
3.2 During Sale times dispatch times may take a little longer.
3.3 The goods will be delivered to the address you specified in your acount.
3.4 We will, on request, provide you with the tracking number, where applicable.
3.5 You will receive an email confirmation and dispatch date of your parcel.
4.1 Packages leave us in perfect condition. Any claims for damage caused to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening it.
4.2 We want you to feel confident about shopping with Bubbly Funk. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right. If you have not received your order within seven working days please let us know, so we can be kept informed. Appropriate measures can only be taken up with Royal Mail after fifteen working days have lapsed. If your parcel has not arrived within this time then you must contact us via email. Upon receipt of this email we will pursue costs through Royal Mail, and in the meantime sort your order to your satisfaction.
4.3 Goods that are faulty or not as described can be returned within 14 days, although please contact us first. We will refund money or exchange one item for another selection. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are not in the same condition in which they were sent out. We cannot accept the return of handmade personalised items.
4.4 Replacements will only be dsipatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
4.5 In the case of returns, delivery and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and in original packaging with all labels intact, and suitable for resale. Items will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
4.6 Please note that items that are in Clearance or on Sale cannot be returned.
4.7 For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to and including the 7th day after receipt. The refund due will be reduced by any postage and packing costs originally paid by us to deliver the goods to you.
5.2 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Bubbly Funk at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address above. You must take every care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please read section 4 above on how to return an item to us.
