We accept most major Credit cards and Debit cards. We have a secure site and all information you input is encrypted and therefore safe.
We also accept payment through Paypal which is a secure method of payment too.

Please make cheques payable to Bubbly Funk. Put your bank card details on the reverse and send it to Mrs Caroline Scattergood, Bubbly Funk, 132 Astwood Road, Worcester, WR3 8EZ. Goods will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. All returned cheques are subject to a returned cheque fee.
Postal orders are accepted also.
We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
Postage and Packing
There is no minimum order value and UK postage and packing rates are reasonable too......Up to £9.99=£2.25, £10-£19.99=£2.75, £20-29.99=£3.25, £30-£39.99=£3.75, £40 and over is £4.50!!
At present shipping outside of the UK is at cost. You will be charged a standard rate and then once the parcel is weighed you will be contacted if the postage exceeds what you have already paid.
Shipping policies are subject to change without notice and charges will be increased in line with Royal Mail without notice.
Delivery & Returns
We aim to offer a speedy service and orders for items that are in stock are dispatched within three working days, usually sooner, and are sent Royal Mail First Class, Second Class, Recorded Delivery, by Parcel Force or via courier, whichever is appropriate.
We will, on request, provide you with the tracking number, where applicable, and dispatch date of your parcel, to assist you with locating your parcel.
Packages leave us in perfect condition. Any claims for damage caused to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening it.
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Bubbly Funk. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please let us know, so we can be kept informed. Appropriate measures can only be taken up with Royal Mail after fifteen working days have lapsed. If your parcel has not arrived within this time then you must write me a letter confirming that you have not received your order, and giving details of this order. (send to: Caroline Scattergood, Bubbly Funk, 132 Astwood Road, Worcester, WR3 8EZ). Upon receipt of this I will pursue costs through Royal Mail, and in the meantime sort your order to your satisfaction.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can be returned within seven days, although please contact us first. We will refund money or exchange one item for another selection. However, we cannot accept the return of goods you simply do not like – make sure you are happy with the description and picture of the items before committing yourself to the purchase.
In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and in original packaging with all labels intact. Items will not be accepted if these requirements are not met. For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Suitability
Please be aware that many of the items sold by Bubbly Funk are small, or easily broken into small parts, and could constitute a choking hazard. We advise that these items are not suitable to children under the age of five years.
Our products are sold as craft items, not toys.
